About the role

  • Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models and advanced analytics to assess key HR metrics, forecast trends, and support strategic decision making.
  • Leverage advanced storyboarding techniques to transform data findings into compelling narratives that that drive strategic decision making.
  • Lead the consultation, stakeholder management and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations related to workforce metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity by leading quality efforts, verifying analysis, and maintaining high standard of precision.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities, working closely with IT and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, quantitative, or business-focused fields (Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Background in people analytics preferred, particularly in translating data into actionable workforce insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
