Responsibilities
Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models and advanced analytics to assess key HR metrics, forecast trends, and support strategic decision making.
Leverage advanced storyboarding techniques to transform data findings into compelling narratives that that drive strategic decision making.
Lead the consultation, stakeholder management and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations related to workforce metrics.
Ensure data integrity by leading quality efforts, verifying analysis, and maintaining high standard of precision.
Identify opportunities to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities, working closely with IT and other stakeholders.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in technical, quantitative, or business-focused fields (Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field).
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
Background in people analytics preferred, particularly in translating data into actionable workforce insights.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
