About the role

  • Associate Account Manager focused on sales and customer relationship in fast-growing healthtech. Driving engagement and expansion within the customer portfolio for digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active prospecting, market research and stakeholder mapping to identify potential clients.
  • Lead first contacts, organize follow-ups and structure consultative approaches.
  • Manage the full commercial cycle end-to-end, including proposals, presentations, negotiations and client alignments.
  • Ensure clear, organized and professional communication throughout the commercial process.
  • Support management and growth of small and mid client portfolios, offering solutions that expand presence, value and impact within the medical ecosystem.
  • Monitor indicators such as repurchase, engagement, expansion opportunities and portfolio development.
  • Keep the CRM up to date, ensuring data consistency, predictability and proper pipeline prioritization.
  • Perform commercial performance analyses (KPIs, portfolio behavior, results) and consolidate insights for decision-making.
  • Deepen knowledge of Memed's digital solutions portfolio and its applicability across different client contexts.
  • Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals, executive materials and client presentations.
  • Provide structured account feedback to Growth and Product teams, supporting solution development.
  • Take part in internal sales rituals, ensuring alignment, clarity in reporting and organized deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Pharmacy or related fields.
  • Experience in sales, inside sales or business development (SPOT, hunter, SDR).
  • Analytical capability: reading metrics, indicators and commercial performance data.
  • Proactive, organized, collaborative and results-oriented profile.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets, PowerPoint/Presentations and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in dynamic, digital and target-driven environments.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail, sales of digital solutions and work within pharmaceutical or healthcare segments.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and strategies for digital presence/engagement.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong commercial storytelling and consultative relationship skills.
