Tailor solutions to align with customers' objectives
Reach out to customers prior to contract renewal to resolve issues
Onboard new customers and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Results-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction and success
Proactive and responsive to customer needs and opportunities
Team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
