About the role

Responsibilities

  • Product implementation, risk mitigation, and ongoing customer support
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Renewal Managers and Account Managers
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them maximize use of our solutions
  • Tailor solutions to align with customers' objectives
  • Reach out to customers prior to contract renewal to resolve issues
  • Onboard new customers and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Results-oriented and committed to customer satisfaction and success
  • Proactive and responsive to customer needs and opportunities
  • Team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
