About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for driving renewals and retention for SaaS customers in Finland. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer value and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, taking ownership after handover from the New Business team.
  • Drive renewals and long-term customer retention, with a focus on sustainable growth.
  • Build and execute clear account plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure strong product adoption and engagement.
  • Partner with Renewals teams to manage contracts and pricing discussions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Use customer data and insights to inform renewal and growth strategies.
  • Proactively manage risks and address competitive threats throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management within SaaS or a similar industry with a strong track record in renewals, retention, and growth.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your customer portfolio.
  • Strong strategic thinking and a structured approach to account planning.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, working effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a focus on long-term customer value.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • The legal right to work in Finland.
