Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients seeking to outsource key business functions
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive lead generation and client acquisition
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
Conduct market research to assess industry trends and client outsourcing needs
Present customized outsourcing solutions and value propositions to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service alignment and delivery
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements
Monitor sales performance, track business development metrics, and provide regular reports
Requirements
Proven experience in BPO sales, business development, or consulting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze business processes and propose outsourcing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
In-depth knowledge of outsourcing industry trends and best practices
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
