About the role
- Cluster Hotel Manager for INNSIDE DERENDORF and SEESTERN in Düsseldorf. Responsible for operational success and team management in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all operational aspects of both hotels
- Design and implement projects, programs, strategies, and action plans
- Analyze weekly results to produce accurate financial forecasts and staffing reports
- Ensure decisions align with budget guidelines
- Promote teamwork and ongoing communication across all departments
- Support department heads to improve employee satisfaction
- Regularly monitor and evaluate quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in a hotel manager position or a similar role
- Knowledge of the German market is a must
- International experience is an advantage
- Strong coaching and development skills to motivate and grow the team
- University degree, preferably in tourism or a related field
- Functional knowledge of all operational processes
- Experience in personnel management and talent development
- Familiarity with hotel management IT tools
- High geographic flexibility
- Willingness to live in Düsseldorf
- Strong English and German language skills are required
