Community Manager at Meet5 responsible for managing and growing communities in the Netherlands and Belgium. Writing content, managing volunteers, and monitoring community development.
Responsibilities
As Community/Country Manager you will use our proven community-building concepts to launch and grow Meet5 communities in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Create newsletters, blog posts, push notifications and other content.
Manage local community captains (volunteer Meet5 supporters).
Monitor community performance weekly and help draw insights to inform next actions (dashboards and extensive support provided).
Requirements
Excellent command of Dutch and English — strong written communication skills in both languages.
Relevant background in engagement, social customer care, localisation/translation, copywriting, moderation and/or community management, ideally at a brand or digital agency.
Experience using social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube.
Bonus: German at B2 level or higher.
