About the role

  • Nordic Sales Manager for Structural Heart business at Medtronic. Responsible for sales strategy and team management across Nordic region.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, supervise, and drive strategic direction for the Structural Heart business
  • Develop the yearly SH Business Plan and set challenging targets
  • Analyse market size and competitive landscape
  • Drive SH sales and develop strategies to improve marketing share
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Identify, attract and grow human talent for performance-driven team

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Management or Biology or another relevant, advanced degree or equivalent
  • Strategic thinker with a successful track record in sales
  • Advanced people management skills
  • Strong leader and motivator with ability to coach team
  • Thorough knowledge of the healthcare industry with experience
  • Fluent in any Scandinavian language and English
  • Experience from the SH-field and an entrepreneurial spirit
