Responsibilities
- Manage and treat patients with obstetric and gynecological conditions, ensuring adherence to best clinical practices
- Provide antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care including managing labor and delivery
- Perform gynecological surgeries such as hysterectomy, laparoscopy, and others as required
- Conduct routine and specialized examinations and diagnostic procedures
- Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, and prevention strategies
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynecology and implement evidence-based practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Consultant Obstetrics Gynecologist, preferably in private healthcare settings
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a record of performing a range of gynecological procedures
- Excellent knowledge of obstetric care including high-risk pregnancy management
- Exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
