Responsibilities
Stay up to date with the newest social media content trends and implement them
Research new topics, including AI tools and tech gadgets, offer new angles for video briefs
Build a content calendar and oversee video uploads to social media channels according to their respective best practices
Work closely with scriptwriters, video editors and content managers to pick out best moments from our existing content & create unique angles
Initiate work process improvements, solutions for better communication and collaboration
Ensure a smooth flow of the vertical video production process, participate in content shooting, brainstorming sessions
Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven strategic decisions to scale the projects
Requirements
Proven experience of vertical content creation & management
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to new trends quickly
Data-driven decision-making skills
Good organizational and planning skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment
Excellent time management skills with evidence of being able to balance projects and prioritise.
Eagerness to learn and grow, with an open mindset to feedback and development
Basic knowledge of video editing
Fluent English both written and spoken
Excellent understanding of what good video production should look and sound like
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
Ability to partake in host role would be considered a huge advantage
