About the role

  • Social Media Manager driving marketing efforts for a health-tech company through dynamic storytelling. Focused on building online community and expanding brand reach in social media.

Responsibilities

  • You develop and own a cross-channel content and social media strategy
  • You independently produce content (copy, Canva graphics, snippets) and manage freelancers for video and design productions
  • You plan, execute and evaluate campaigns — from the initial concept through KPI reporting
  • You maintain the content calendar, actively manage our community and build relationships
  • You experiment with new formats and AI-driven workflows to continuously improve our performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of solid professional experience in social media management
  • Confident user of Canva (or similar creative tools)
  • Deep understanding of KPI logic and content planning
  • Experience producing briefs and managing external agencies/freelancers
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
  • German at C2 level (native-level proficiency for excellent copywriting)
  • English at C1 level for internal communication
