Responsibilities
Own and lead the onsite SEO strategy for a defined business category across global markets
Identify growth opportunities and initiate new SEO projects at scale
Analyze performance, report on results, and translate data into clear, actionable insights
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration
Set goals, prioritize initiatives, and delegate tasks to ensure successful execution
Contribute to the evolution of internal SEO tools, automation, and workflows
Stay ahead of SEO, search, and digital marketing trends in a constantly evolving global landscape
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in SEO, including experience as an SEO Lead or in a senior SEO role
Strong hands-on experience with onsite SEO for large or complex websites
Experience working with international or multi-market SEO strategies
Solid understanding content SEO, and performance analysis
Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring team members
High level of data literacy and the ability to turn insights into action
Familiarity with SEO tools, automation, and custom or in-house solutions is a strong plus
