About the role

  • Collect, consolidate, analyze and manage social and payroll data.
  • Set up and produce dashboards, reports and communication materials for various internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in the regulatory framework and flag risks.
  • Support payroll specialists in handling social, administrative and tax declarations (calculation, monitoring and filing of social contributions).
  • Submit payroll files for accounting integration and verify analytical allocations.
  • Produce dashboards for the HR department and the finance management.
  • Calculate the salary impact of measures related to projects, reorganizations, etc.
  • Coordinate production of the annual Social Report with other HR services: verify data, compile it and ensure completeness.
  • Respond to inquiries from external organizations, at the request of the manager, concerning the organization’s salary and/or social data.
  • Provide required information to other departments, particularly for internal or external audits and statutory auditors’ reviews.
  • Monitor legal provisions related to compensation, in collaboration with labor law lawyers and payroll specialists.
  • Contribute to internal communications within the department, update documents and attend department meetings.
  • Help identify needs for social data management tools or tool improvements and contribute to their implementation.

Requirements

  • Degree in social management control (Master’s level preferred).
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in social management control.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and social obligations.
  • Strong organizational skills and rigor in tracking information.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • Excellent ability to synthesize information.
  • Proven experience and full proficiency with payroll/HRIS software and reporting tools (Excel/Microsoft).
  • Fluent in French and English.
