About the role

  • Digital Marketing Manager leading digital acquisition for MASA, focusing on paid media performance and lead generation in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms to drive lead generation and meet CPL/CAC goals
  • Manage full-funnel performance by aligning creative, landing pages, and nurture workflows for conversion
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Compliance, Marketing) to align campaign execution and lead flow
  • Test and scale new channels, platforms, and campaign types to reach new audiences efficiently
  • Oversee CRO strategies and A/B testing for ads, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid digital media with a strong focus on performance and lead generation
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
  • Familiarity with key platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and landing page builders (e.g., UnBounce)
  • Experience with email/SMS engagement tools (e.g., Twilio, Sakari)
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
