About the role
- OTA role in a specialized surgical clinic in Germany providing patient care and assisting surgeons. Work involves pre and post-operative care, and contributing ideas for team improvement in surgical efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Patientenbetreuung mit Herz und Verstand: Du kümmerst dich eigenverantwortlich um unsere stationären Patienten vor und nach der OP.
- Instrumentieren und Assistieren: Unterstütze unsere Fachärzte (m/w/d) bei spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Eingriffen in allen Fachbereichen!
- Du stellst alle notwendigen Instrumente und Geräte bereit und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im OP.
- Auch im Rufbereitschaftsdienst bist du ein verlässlicher Teil des Teams und bereit, bei Bedarf einzuspringen.
- Du gestaltest unser Team aktiv mit und bringst Ideen ein, die uns gemeinsam wachsen lassen.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als OTA (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegekraft (m/w/d) mit OP-Erfahrung
- Engagement und Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest effizient, koordinierst reibungslos und förderst die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
- Qualitätsbewusstsein: Du legst Wert auf Präzision, Effizienz und hast den Anspruch, dass jeder Handgriff sitzt – für das beste Ergebnis für unsere Patienten.
