Responsibilities
Develop platform-specific social media strategies for multiple brands, aligned with campaign goals and audience insights
Create channel playbooks, content calendars, and scheduling plans that ensure consistent brand presence
Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and industry trend monitoring
Execute social efforts aligned with campaign goals
Integrate SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) strategies to strengthen organic discoverability
Ensure content is optimised for AI-driven search and recommendation engines to improve cross-platform ranking
Work closely with creative and production teams to plan, brief, and execute social media content (static, video, UGC, live content, etc)
Ensure all assets follow platform best practices and brand guidelines
Manage day-to-day publishing, community management, and engagement across key social media platforms in Southeast Asia
Oversee and maintain multiple social media pages for multiple brands simultaneously
Monitor comment sentiment, respond to audiences, and flag potential issues early
Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness
Collaborate with wider media and data teams to optimise paid social when relevant
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing social media for multiple brands or large-scale accounts
Hands-on experience in content planning, publishing, and analytics across major social media platforms publishing tools such as: Facebook Business Suite / Meta Business Manager, Instagram, TikTok / Douyin, YouTube Studio
Understanding of content formats, algorithm trends, and audience behaviours for each platform.
Familiarity with A/B testing principles to evaluate content variations and optimise performance outcomes based on date-driven results
Experience collaborating with different teams across multiple disciplines
Familiarity with social listening tools, analytics dashboards, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, Notion)
