About the role

  • Marketing & Communications Lead at M+C Saatchi Performance managing global digital media strategies. Overseeing project management, client storytelling, and marketing activities in EMEA and MENA markets.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly results and insights decks for senior leadership and other senior teams
  • Lead and manage a team of 4+ members (designers and content producers), ensuring clear priorities, quality output, and workflow efficiency and delivered at all times
  • Work closely with peers Global Marketing Lead (SG) and direct report into Global Head of Marketing (LA) to align and deliver marketing activities with business growth and lead-generation goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (eg design, strategy, product, performance) to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee project management and operational processes using Asana.
  • Manage budgets for marketing activities, providing regular updates and financial inputs for senior leadership and finance reporting.
  • Set clear targets and OKRs for self and team that contribute to the successful delivery of the 2026 Marketing strategy
  • Lead the full awards lifecycle: from identifying winning stories and matching them to award categories, to managing campaign discovery and client interviews to writing, design coordination, submission, finance and win tracking.
  • Significant project and stakeholder management required to ensure all award submissions are completed accurately and gain internal and client approvals on time and within budgets
  • Manage logistics, calendars, and gala bookings, ensuring smooth internal and external communication.
  • Oversee post-award promotion on social channels, the website, and internal comms.
  • Manage seasonal freelancer requirements eg award entries
  • Manage award entry trackers and monitor resource and budgeting
  • Lead creation of client case studies, campaign narratives, client success stories and new client win announcements.
  • Support speaking opportunities for clients and senior leaders.
  • Work with design to ideate and create videos, visuals, and supporting assets.
  • Manage recurring NPS surveys, reporting key insights to leadership and identifying client success opportunities for external content and PR
  • Lead marketing activations in the UK and Middle East, including events, partnerships, content and sponsorships.
  • Source and secure speaking opportunities for senior management in EMEA markets.
  • Liaise regularly with the Managing Director, EMEA to provide updates and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets for EMEA and Award marketing activities, contributing inputs from senior stakeholders for finance reporting.
  • Produce strategic content including thought leadership, internal communications, executive messaging, and announcements.
  • Contribute to planning and delivery of content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Lead EMEA press enquiries and coordinate PR-driven speaking opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation of culture-focused content that showcases our people — the minds behind the machines — and brings our agency culture to life for external audiences.
  • Leads the Creative Marketing team as guardians of the brand
  • Stay current on AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Introduce workflow improvements to enhance team productivity, content creation, and reporting processes.
  • Plan and manage webinars, conferences, roundtables, and internal/external events.
  • Coordinate speakers, content, agendas, and post-event amplification.
  • Source and secure speaking opportunities for senior management in EMEA markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing, PR, communications, event management or related roles.
  • Strong writing background and storytelling ability, particularly in awards, client storytelling, and delivering winning campaign narratives.
  • Proven team management experience (4+ direct reports including designers)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment with a team in multiple time zones (flexibility to join regular out of hours calls is essential)
  • Proven PR experience (press enquiries, delivering PR ideas, media collaboration, speaker sourcing).
  • Experience with EMEA and MENA markets is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Asana, HubSpot, Wordpress, Microsoft, AI tools and social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).
  • Excellent English skills; Hindi or Bahasa is a plus.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.
