About the role

  • Strategic Client Executive at McKesson building relationships and managing employer partners for Rx Savings Solutions. Fostering client loyalty and retention for the SaaS product integration.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and project manage various issues
  • Onboard new employer and understand their needs
  • Manage employer clients and oversee relationships
  • Be accountable to performance guarantees and contract execution
  • Create strategic roadmap for clients' program goals
  • Capture the voice of the client using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success Management, or relevant Sales position
  • Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
  • Clear understanding of client account sales processes and client lifecycles
  • Experience working with contracts (execution and renewal)
  • Ability to travel 5 – 10% of the year.
