About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a matrix organization to ensure the financial health of CoverMyMeds’ Technology and Operations organizations
  • Contribute to the development of company strategy across all areas of technology and operations
  • Challenge assumptions, support decision-making, and provide financial analysis and guidance
  • Elevate insights and analysis through continued development of analytics capabilities and market awareness
  • Consolidate month end results, forecast, long range plan and budget financials for all expenses across CMM
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management reports – for Technology and Operational leaders and product P&L’s
  • Identify trends in financial performance and provide insight & recommendations
  • Ensure leadership across the segment has the tools and support needed to understand financial performance of cost structure, variances to budget/forecast and implications of performance to past performance and future projections
  • Deliver executive level presentations and written commentary to share findings including strategy recommendations
  • Support the M&A process where applicable as well as providing insight into other investment decisions such as R&D, capital projects, etc.
  • Work with FP&A teams to automate manual consolidated reports and standardize forecasting and reporting processes
  • Serve as a mentor to direct reports in the Finance team, including coaching, developing, and holding the team accountable for results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 13+ years’ experience in Financial Planning Analysis roles including 6+ years in leadership role
  • Business Intelligence tool experience preferred, but not required
  • Advanced Excel, Power Point
  • ERP and Planning tool experience (SAC, Hyperion, NetSuite, and SAP a plus)
  • Experience with high growth and/or technology companies preferred
  • Experience in healthcare industry plus
