About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the CMM project leader and business owner for CMM’s Enterprise Forecast Process Redesign
- Responsible for designing and implementing the new SAC forecasting tool across all CMM
- Act as the liaison between CMM FP&A, Corporate Digital Finance Transformation, Consultants and Technology to drive optimal results
- Drive cross–product line collaboration to design, develop, and implement standard processes within CMM FP&A
- Ensure the new system has data integrity, accuracy and security in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Responsible for all communications related to the project in partnership with project manager and change management team.
Requirements
- 3+ Years FP&A experience, including Budget and Forecast responsibilities.
- Project Management experience is required with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong system, data and process knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; this position will interface with senior executives
- Financial reporting knowledge including: income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement, net working capital, and capital expenditures
- MBA preferred in finance, data & analytics or related field of equivalent experience
