About the role

Responsibilities

- Implementation of creative event concepts for national and international clients
- Coordination and management of all service providers involved in the events and planning of the project teams' resources
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
- Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
