About the role

  • Intern in Digital Product Management at Hyatt, collaborating with product teams for Sales and Events. Engaging in data analysis, user research, and software testing within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analytics team
  • Analyzing data coming from existing digital products to make recommendations
  • Writing user stories that help execute on functional and non-functional user needs
  • Presenting findings to stakeholders and team members
  • Testing new software to identify bugs or issues
  • Creating documentation and artifacts for team members

Requirements

  • College Undergraduate currently enrolled in a 4 year program (BA,BS)
  • Strong understanding of how the internet works
  • Comfortable working on a Mac
  • Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Document Cloud (presentations, etc.)
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in parallel
