Responsibilities
As an Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Munich or Berlin, you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, high-end events to large-scale productions.
You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, ensuring unique experiences and satisfied clients.
You build and maintain strong client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance and advice, and steer project meetings.
You coordinate and supervise all external suppliers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
You prepare new proposals, monitor your budgets and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory and negotiation skills, problem-solving ability and commercial awareness
Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
