  • You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, ensuring unique experiences and satisfied clients.
  • You build and maintain strong client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance and advice, and steer project meetings.
  • You coordinate and supervise all external suppliers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
  • You prepare new proposals, monitor your budgets and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
  • You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

  • Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory and negotiation skills, problem-solving ability and commercial awareness
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)

Benefits

  • Respectful collaboration: Flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — what matters here is your ability, not your job title.
  • Truly flexible working: No core hours, home office and location-independent work in many positions — for greater freedom in your job.
  • Learning & development that’s enjoyable: From Learning Weeks with top speakers to AI courses on our Switch platform and LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we support your growth.
  • Culture that connects: Table football evenings, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate event and regular feel-good activities — fostering community and team spirit.
  • International projects with a wow factor: Our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna and Madrid to Namibia — with constantly new and challenging assignments.
  • Mental health & wellbeing in focus: Through OpenUp we provide access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters to us.
  • Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team runs cleanup actions, fundraising projects, the MCI book club and more — sustainable action is a core value, not a trend.
  • Equality as standard: We offer fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are lived values here.
  • A workplace that feels like home: Modern tech, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a suspended seat — everything to help you perform at your best. And yes: your furry friend is welcome!
  • More than just a salary: 30 days’ vacation for full-time employees, paid special leave, company bike leasing (JobRad), and a subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — practical benefits that support you.
  • Family-friendly policies in practice: We prioritize family — whether parental leave, childcare subsidies or short-term leave — we support you so you can be there for your family without compromising your career.
  • Networking and support for young professionals: We offer mentoring programs and regular peer meetups — for a strong start to your career and valuable connections.
