Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d), you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.
You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
You build and maintain client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance and consulting, and lead project meetings.
You coordinate and manage all vendors involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor your budgets and finalize project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Ideally, initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team orientation, structured way of working, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
Willingness to travel
