  • Production Team Manager leading performance and improvements in production at McCormick. Ensure safety, quality standards, and develop team capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the performance of your area in collaboration with Technical, Quality and Continuous Improvement managers
  • Analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Optimize production methods and procedures
  • Ensure safety, quality and compliance with environmental standards
  • Coach and support team members during onboarding and skills development

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or BTS/DUT (technical diploma)
  • Significant experience in manufacturing/industrial production
  • Proven experience in production management and continuous improvement (TPM, DMAIC)
  • Strong knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in a food processing environment
  • Professional working proficiency in English
