About the role

  • Food Certification Analyst managing product certification programs in EMEA and NA regions. Coordinate certification, collaborate with teams, and support audits in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product certification programs in EMEA and NA regions (e.g. Kosher, Halal, Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan, RSPO, Rainforest Alliance)
  • Coordinate certification and renewals for new and existing finished and semi-finished products
  • Approve artwork for compliance with certification requirements
  • Support manufacturing sites during third-party audits and ensure documentation compliance
  • Assess certification compliance of products and semi-finished goods
  • Collaborate with Commercialization, Graphics, Quality, Regulatory teams and certification bodies
  • Approve product and formula changes in relevant quality systems
  • Manage medium-size projects and provide KPI data
  • Rotating shifts; location: SSC Łódź (QA, Technical Shared Services)

Requirements

  • University degree in Food Science or related field
  • Relevant experience in food industry or similar
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Effective time management, proactive and flexible mindset
  • Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Statistical skills
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel; SAP, Outlook, Lotus Notes preferred)
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Systems is an advantage
  • Some Citizen Development experience will be a plus
  • Ability to work in a 2-shift pattern
