Responsibilities
- Documentation: Collaborate with teams to map the future payment process ("To-be"), capturing all steps from initiation to completion, including team interactions and dependencies. Develop training materials and support training sessions for teams as they transition to the new tool.
- Analysis and Improvement Identification: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, failure points, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with various departments to gather comprehensive insights and ensure a holistic understanding of payment operations.
- Support Tool Implementation: Assist the Project Manager with the ongoing implementation of the new payment tool by helping develop project materials.
