About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the consultancy Alright to accelerate programmatic media results;
  • Monitor key quality and performance indicators for Grupo RBS inventory (viewability, occupancy and density), focusing on the GZH and ClicRBS sites, with the goal of improving profitability;
  • Periodically review available ad formats, analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities;
  • Support the sales team by providing information on available inventory, delivery forecasts and performance;
  • Prepare and update weekly and biweekly revenue projections for the month;
  • Assist the ops and development teams in identifying and resolving any issues related to Google Ad Manager;
  • Extract and organize reports in Google Ad Manager to track results and conduct analyses;
  • Implement new monetization partners in Google Ad Manager and keep the ads.txt file up to date;
  • Continuously monitor RPM metrics on YouTube, implementing optimizations to improve monetization;
  • Monitor and validate programmatic media billings executed by the team, supporting the Programmatic Media Assistant when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or a related field;
  • Prior experience managing and operating programmatic media campaigns;
  • Familiarity with programmatic media platforms and tools, such as Google Ad Manager or DV360;
  • Knowledge of monetization for digital platforms, such as YouTube and Spotify;
  • Analytical ability to monitor inventory and monetization KPIs (e.g., viewability, occupancy, density, RPM);
  • Intermediate Excel skills for analysis, projections and reporting;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
