Responsibilities

  • Financial management for third-party funded EU projects
  • Ongoing project monitoring and fund management
  • Travel expense accounting
  • Monitoring compliance with grant conditions
  • Preparation of financial and expenditure reports
  • Preparation for project audits
  • English-language communication and administrative help-desk function for project partners
  • Compilation and preparation of information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational training in a business/administrative field
  • Several years of professional experience in finance or third-party funding
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in administering and accounting for publicly funded projects (preferably EU-funded)
  • Proficiency with IT systems (MS Office, especially Excel; SAP)
  • Very good command of English
  • Good numerical skills
  • Precise, detail-oriented working style
