Responsibilities
Contribute to the architecture and development of a world class agentic platform that powers intelligent, scalable, production grade AI agents.
Work with cross functional partners to define requirements and translate them into clear, maintainable technical solutions.
Lead or support high impact initiatives that expand the capabilities of our platform and accelerate our roadmap.
Mentor engineers, provide thoughtful feedback, and help elevate the overall quality of the team’s technical work.
Build well structured, testable, and resilient services that can operate at scale in production environments.
Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and contribute effectively in an environment that values iteration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
8 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering production quality systems.
Experience building backend services in Typescript/Node as well as Java. Experience with Spring Boot is highly desirable.
Experience setting technical direction for teams, making architecture decisions, and influencing engineering best practices.
Relevant telephony experience, such as SIP, Twilio, or similar communication platforms, or demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and operate within this domain.
Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate well across functions, and articulate technical tradeoffs for strong decision making.
Excited to work in a fast paced startup environment, embrace ambiguity, and enjoy driving clarity and momentum across complex initiatives.
Familiarity with areas such as LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, or agentic systems is a plus.
