About the role
- Legal intern at Matrix analyzing contracts and providing support in compliance and presentations in energy law.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and review of a variety of contractual documents of low complexity;
- Support for internal clients in bidding processes, notifications, compliance analysis, and due diligence;
- Preparation of presentations and reports, and support for other tasks relevant to the department.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree program, between the 6th and 8th semester;
- Interest in working with Private Law;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Proactivity, strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, responsibility, versatility, and the ability to work in a team;
- Previous experience as an intern at an energy company, or experience as a monitor or as president of an athletics association/student academic center, will be considered an advantage.
