Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a Sales team of approximately 8 people (SDRs & AEs)
  • Establish a strong performance and team culture
  • Manage revenue performance through KPIs and optimize conversion rates
  • Ensure high efficiency and productivity
  • Coach, motivate, and develop the team through trainings and challenges
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Operations, and Recruiting
  • Implement structuring projects to build a scalable sales organization

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience as a Sales Team Lead
  • 2–3 years of closing experience, including larger deals (>€15k ARPU)
  • Proven success in complex sales cycles
  • Analytical and KPI-driven
  • Structured and organized working style
  • Strong hunter/sales mindset
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and drive structuring projects
