About the role

  • Sales & Account Manager in a SaaS company developing innovative marketing solutions. Engaging with leads, clients, and performing customer consultations in various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible follow-up of leads
  • Professional consulting across our entire software product portfolio
  • Facilitation of interdisciplinary client meetings
  • (Occasional) international travel as part of your sales activities
  • Expansion of existing customer relationships and development of your own network
  • Close collaboration with customer support and the development team
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs

Requirements

  • Relevant completed commercial/vocational training with an appropriate focus
  • Several years of professional experience in sales and in dealing with prospects and clients
  • Ideally experience in the B2B and/or online marketing environment, but not mandatory
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (class B)
