Responsibilities

  • Supporting the creative process from idea to launch together with the team
  • Contributing to campaign concepts for paid traffic and performance goals
  • Working with different creative formats (static, video, UGC) and understanding their impact on results
  • Writing briefs and reviewing creatives, based on feedback and performance data
  • Analyzing basic metrics and suggesting improvements for optimization
  • Monitoring trends and testing new tools to improve the creative workflow

Requirements

  • Passionate about creativity and data and eager to grow in performance marketing
  • Enjoy working with experiments, A/B tests, and analytics as much as generating creative ideas
  • Ready to quickly understand key marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate) and learn how they influence creative decisions
  • Curious about target audiences and know how to turn insights into effective creatives
  • Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and ready to write clear briefs and collaborate with designers and motion teams
  • English level: B2+
