About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer projects and take responsibility for the successful implementation of Digital Factory Solutions
- Independently plan, control and execute customer projects in the field of digital production solutions
- Advise clients on solution design and selection
- Coordinate the collection, analysis and documentation of requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams and external partners
- Apply agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Responsible for designing and overseeing project governance
Requirements
- Relevant experience in technical project leadership
- Deep understanding of production-oriented software solutions for digitizing and controlling manufacturing processes
- Involvement in at least three IT projects totaling more than 1,000 person-days, each with a duration of at least six months
- Minimum five years’ experience in agile project management
- Certified SCRUM Master
- Proficient in Jira
- Solid knowledge of production processes (e.g., OEE, traceability, shopfloor integration)
- German: business fluent (C1+); English: at least B2
- Excellent communication skills
