About the role

  • Product Owner responsible for creating strategy and roadmaps for Salesforce CRM implementing strategic initiatives. Collaborating with leadership to enhance service delivery for advisors and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create the strategy, determine business goals, formulate scope and develop a roadmap for Salesforce CRM platform and other large-scale initiatives
  • Partner with all levels of leadership and cross-enterprise parties on advisor and customer engagement strategy
  • Shape long-term vision for advisor service delivery
  • Define and prioritize product features that meet customer and advisor needs
  • Lead prioritization, scope, and timing of Salesforce deliverables;
  • Develop business requirements aligned to strategic outcomes
  • Remove obstacles and evaluate risks to guide project direction and timelines
  • Ensure operational readiness for transitions with minimal service impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years equivalent work experience in business consulting or project management in lieu of degree
  • 8+ years in a leadership, business consultant, or project management role, having demonstrated strong leadership skill
  • Experience in working with various project delivery models (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms
  • Strong data analysis with experience managing complex and multiple data resources
  • Able to provide insight and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Financial acumen with experience in tracking and reporting benefit realization
  • Knowledge of systems, processes and workflows within operations
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented individual, who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and potential ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to think strategically/big picture and understand how the pieces fit
  • Ability to successfully manage work with current and sometimes competing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organizations and influence outcomes.
