- Hands-on experience with structured discovery (JTBD, interviews, data analysis).
- Analytical ability to prioritize roadmaps based on value, impact, and technical feasibility.
- Strong communication skills to engage engineers and executives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Advanced English (essential for the global market context).
