About the role
- Production Partner maintaining client relationships and analyzing mortgage applications for Benchmark Mortgage in a hybrid office environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with clients
- t• Communicate, educate, and negotiate offers and terms of a residential mortgage loan
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals sourced from the Loan Officer and within the CRM
- Analyze mortgage applications and determine the programs best meeting the needs of the consumer
- Gather required application data and provide initial documents and disclosures to the applicant
- Provide all applicable initial documents and disclosures to the loan processor
- Complete income calculations, run AUS, and review borrower determination
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- One to two years loan processing required; loan origination experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- High attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Knowledge of various loan products (FHA, VA, conventional, etc.)
- General knowledge of credit reports and debt-to-income ratios
- Ability to adapt to market changes
- Knowledge of the mortgage loan process
