About the role

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be supported in your duties by three department heads.
- As Accounting Manager, you ensure the quality and reliability of the company's statutory accounts, guaranteeing their compliance with accounting and tax standards.
- You supervise the accounting department teams of around twenty staff, while acting as the technical reference for general accounting and tax matters.
- Lead the accounting department: define and monitor objectives for each team; ensure staff development and training.
- Be responsible for all tax and parafiscal filings (VAT, CVAE, CFE, Corporate Income Tax, etc.) within statutory deadlines.
- Supervise all accounting operations through to the preparation of the financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, notes).
Requirements
- Advanced degree in accounting/finance (DSCG, Master CCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years' solid experience in general accounting and taxation, gained in an accounting/audit firm or in-house.
- Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proven significant experience in team management.
- In-depth knowledge of French accounting standards and taxation; comfortable with accounting ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high standard of professional ethics.
