Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Support the Accounts Payable process, including record vendors bills and processing payments to local and international vendors.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Work closely with internal teams and global subsidiaries.
- Support external audit processes.
- Participate in ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a high-tech or fast-growing company.
- Certified Bookkeeper - Level 2 (Level 3 is an advantage).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with NetSuite - an advantage.
