About the role

Responsibilities
- Within an 8-person team, you are responsible for the accounting follow-up of our various activities and participate in the semi-annual and annual closing operations.
- You ensure that all accounting processes are respected by performing consistency checks.
- You produce summary schedules and reconcile accounting data with auditors.
- You calculate provisions, record them and then reverse them.
- You account for bequests in accordance with the accounting rules in force in the country.
- You record payroll entries and ensure their supporting documentation/reconciliation.
- You are the primary contact with the AN (National Agency) on accounting matters.
- You create or update review files and control methods, with a continuous focus on risk control.
- You contribute to the various projects that impact your department and to the development of accounting tools and procedures.
Requirements
- You have 4 years of experience in an accounting department, ideally in an accounting firm.
- You are familiar with office tools, in particular Excel (Outlook, Word and especially a good command of Excel fundamentals).
- Experience with accounting software and with Microsoft NAVISION would be a plus.
- Responsive and rigorous, you also have good interpersonal skills.
- You are proactive and comfortable in a changing environment.
- You have technical English at a B1 (intermediate) level.
