About the role

  • Budget Specialist at RD Saúde managing financial control and overseeing budget preparations for new pharmacy constructions. Interacts with various internal and external stakeholders during projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare budgets for feasibility studies for the construction of new pharmacies, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare unit cost compositions, create budgets in spreadsheets, and control construction costs with analysis of budgeted vs. actual.
  • Manage the budgeting process and equalization of contractors' proposals for pharmacy execution. Manage contractual scope and analyze claims and change requests.
  • Budget management and cost control, overseeing the entire financial cycle of the project through to its opening.
  • Interact with various areas, both internal (projects, procurement, and construction) and external (designers, contractors, and suppliers) that need to be consulted during budget preparation and project execution.

Requirements

  • Budget management and cost control, overseeing the entire financial cycle of the project through to its opening.
  • Estimate construction works with the highest possible accuracy, including all various items of the pharmacy.
  • Work under pressure with a high volume of tasks while meeting internal deadlines.
