- Define and monitor performance indicators and results sharing, unfolding action plans to achieve targets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including Bacen (Brazilian Central Bank), and the preparation/review of area policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree completed in Controllership, Finance or related fields.
- Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of Financial Mathematics.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation.
- Basic accounting knowledge and financial statement analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) will be a plus.
- Experience in the financial services industry will be a plus.
