Responsibilities
- Drive Category Growth and in-store leadership in an OMNI Channel environment
- Develop, deploy and track Perfect Store guidelines to Professional Retail Store and Vet channel customers
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert owning and delivering the roadmap to enhance and develop Perfect Store program
- Support deployment of Perfect Store/Perfect Clinic Programs across regions
- Collaborate with Merchandising & Portfolio teams to lead instore experience and sales execution strategy
- Facilitate connections between regions and/or markets to share knowledge, challenges and opportunities
- Work with Data Technology team and external providers to build Perfect Store dashboards and audits
Requirements
- Degree studies in Marketing, Sales, or equivalents
- 5+ years in Sales/Marketing with local and customer facing experiences
- Comfortable with project management in complex cross-functional environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound analytical skills: experience in Category Management or Data Insights is a plus
- Fluent in English & experience in international environment
