Responsibilities
Focus on the project management and execution of the Vet Express D2C model.
Manage the UK Vet Express system, including service development road map & day-to-day operations.
Monitor, analyse and report performance of key Vet Express metrics, as well as creation & socialisation of clear dashboards.
Define pricing guidelines and provide recommendations to ensure market competitiveness.
Collaborate with UK demand team to improve digital recommendations & conversion.
Deliver roadmap on service/tool improvements to drive value alongside Vet Source and D2C Experts.
Enrich service level over time to improve NPS.
Optimise media, clinic & trade show communications to drive visibility & use of Vet Express.
Define & optimise CRM flows, including follow-ups and engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience in E-Commerce Sales or Digital Marketing
Strong commercial mindset
Capable of developing and building relationships across a matrix organisation.
