About the role

  • APAC Brand Experience Manager for Champion Petfoods shaping brand experience across APAC. Driving strategy, campaigns, and partnerships for ORIJEN and ACANA while ensuring premium visibility and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drive APAC content strategy and asset localization, ensuring culturally relevant, on-brand materials and maintaining a best-in-class regional DAM.
  • Deploy the APAC brand advocacy strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to activate stakeholders and deliver consistent execution across markets.
  • Optimize CO-OP fund use and support local teams with high-impact brand-building initiatives that fuel growth and consumer recruitment.
  • Lead sampling and trial programs across APAC, aligning execution with campaigns, partners, and KPIs while measuring impact for continuous improvement.
  • Elevate brand visibility through merchandising and events, managing budgets and logistics to deliver premium, consistent experiences at key touchpoints.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Marketing or a related field, with a passion for building impactful brand experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand, trade, or experiential marketing—ideally within FMCG or premium consumer goods.
  • A proven track record of managing agencies, stakeholders, and large-scale events that bring brands to life.
  • Exceptional communication and project leadership skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives across teams.
  • Experience running multi-market campaigns across APAC is highly valued.
  • A genuine love for pets and interest in the premium pet category will help you thrive in this role.
