About the role

  • Internship at Marmot Investment AG, a boutique Swiss wealth manager for women. Gaining experience in wealth management, investment, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support Investment Processes: Assist in maintaining and curating investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with our investment philosophy of diversification, cost-efficiency, market-cycles and independence.
  • Client Engagement and Content Creation: Collaborate on creating educational materials and marketing content that promote financial literacy and showcase our offerings.
  • Marketing and Lead Generation: Work on campaigns and initiatives and help create engaging content that attracts prospective clients, with a focus on expanding our outreach within the female financial ecosystem.
  • Compliance and Administrative Support: Assist with compliance-related tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Dynamic Team Collaboration: Participate in various projects and initiatives, working closely with team members across investment, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in wealth management, investing, building client relationships and entrepreneurialism.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems and investment software such as Morningstar Direct is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for our mission to close the financial gender gap and empower women in wealth management.
  • Fluent in English (required); German (C1) (required).
  • Must be legally eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
