Responsibilities

Provide a seamless handoff by capturing clear notes and insights in CRM
Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure alignment and a strong customer experience
Consistently meet quality, conversion, and responsiveness expectations
Requirements
Experience in a sales, customer success or similar customer facing role; demonstrated success in B2B or telesales preferred.
A strong willingness to be coached and developed, with a commitment to continuous learning.
Demonstrated sales skills, including the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
