About the role

  • Assistant Manager overseeing HR programs and process automation for MarketStar. Collaborating with teams to enhance HR processes and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • support the design, execution, and optimization of HR programs across HR Function within the organization
  • drive HR process automation, policy governance, benefits analysis, and data-driven decision-making while partnering closely with Business, RevOps, Finance, IT, and Operations teams
  • play a key role in scaling people's processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling consistent employee experience in a fast-paced, on-site setup

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR Program Management, HR Operations, or People Success roles
  • Prior exposure to BPO / Contact Center / operations-driven environments preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Strong proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Power BI, Advanced Excel)
  • Working knowledge of HR process automation and RPA tools
  • Sound understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced on-site setup
