Responsibilities

  • The Service Manager oversees repair services and parts operations.
  • Manage daily service schedules, crew assignments, and job oversight.
  • Review project timelines and communicate updates to service teams.
  • Assist with estimating, quoting, and customer follow-up.
  • Lead, coach, and develop service technicians and crews.
  • Manage parts ordering and material coordination.
  • Address escalated customer or employee concerns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associates degree or higher; we will also consider equivalent experience as a service manager or similar role preferred.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Service or repair industries, Fabrication, welding, or technician roles, Project management or customer service, Transportation or fleet management, HVAC or automotive service.
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable MVR.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
